ago to encourage youngsters to belt up in cars. The covers which
are marketed under the name of "besafebeseen" can also be used on
crossbars, on pushbikes & bag straps.
After agreeing a deal with westlife irish group buyer David Bell
Each seat belt cover can be Emblazoned with the name and images
of any pop group, Football Hero or children's cartoon. The inventor
says "I am hoping that the Football clubs will follow in Westlife
footsteps for there fans" with his efforts of promoting the belt
across Britain, enforcing the use of seatbelts. He managed to strike
a deal to allow a percentage of the sale of Westlife profits
to go to a Westlife charity.

"...The need to increase the visibility of cyclists is an area of concern for me. When I became aware of these low cost reflective covers for cyclists, I was both interested and anxious to offer my endorsement. I know that other high profile organisations within our town also lend their support. My purpose in writing this testimonial is to reaffirm my belief that we must strive to eliminate some of the vulnerability of pedal cyclists by ensuring that they are clearly visible at all times. I believe that Mr Brooks product can potentially make a contribution in this area." Sir Geoff Hampton

"...Having worked in accident and emergency departments and been involved
with both children and adults who have been injured in road traffic
accidents, I welcome any new innovative ideas to reduce these people
being injured in the first instance." Dr AR Clark (MBChB)

Spennels First School
Spennels Kidderminster:
"...Pupils at a Kidderminster school have been promoting the message
to be seen when cycling at night. Youngsters from Spennels First School
in Heronswood Road were approached by J Brooks, an inventor of reflective
cycle belts, to try out the merchandise while they learned about safety
on the road during Cycle Training Week.
"We're keen that youngsters are seen when they are cycling at night"
said Stephen Gough, the school's head. "Unfortunately, some youngsters
go out cycling at night without lights, so anything that makes them
more visible is important".
The reflective covers, which can be attached with Velcro, emblazon
the names of football clubs and pop groups. "With so many youngsters
being followers of pop groups and football, it is a good way of being
seen," added Mr Gough. West Midland Police and Wolverhampton Wanderers
Football Clubs are just two of the organisations which have commended
Mr Brooks for the reflective covers." Head Teacher
