Open out pad flat & apply insert in bottom open edge of pad.

With finger & thumb gently push insert untill it fits the full sleeve of pad.

If having trouble with step 3 you can apply a ruler behind insert & push gently. Holding insert pull out ruler.

Step 5
Pad is now ready to be attached to seatbelt using the velcro strips.
